Sidewalk Chalk
In the Making Our Final Product Sidewalk Chalk Day 1 On day 1, we learned a little bit about the meanings of symbols and colors. We worked in groups of 4, working together to make a flag. We all decided on a symbol that represented us alone first. Then, we brainstormed and figured out how to bring them together as one symbol. We switched out our symbols a little bit from the beginning, then started to sketch as a rough draft. Day 2 On day 2, we changed our design a little bit, and sketched it out again. Our final symbol ended up being a potato with wings, wearing dance shoes, with a viola clef on it. (I liked our first idea better, but that's ok.) Then, we all headed outside.
