Challenge 3 - Chase Scene

This was our third and final project. I think it was very fun. Maybe even the most fun one of the whole quarter. My team worked really well to collaborate with their ideas and make sure everyone was on the same page, and was okay with what we planned. We brainstormed what we wanted the motive to be, and how it would all lay out. Then, we filmed. Surprisingly, we finished with all our filming on the first day! Because of that, we had lots of time to edit, and make sure that we were happy with our videos. We didn't encounter any major obstacles along the way, it all went very smoothly! I am very glad that my team was able to work so well together, and use our time management skills wisely. I am super happy with the final product. I think it flows together really nicely, and all the cuts make sense. One thing I would do differently next time, is I noticed that the camera got shaky in a couple of the shots. Next time, I will make sure that the camera is perfectly steady. Overall, this was a really great experience that I am really happy I had.

Senior Reflection

5 Guarantees  Technical Skills In e-Comm I have learned many technical skills of filmmaking. The program has taught me how to use a camera and other equipment, and how to use editing software. This is extremely beneficial for me, as I am going to study these areas in college. I have a solid understanding of these skills before going to college which will help me a lot. I faced a few struggles along the way, but that is simply part of learning. You can't learn without making mistakes.  Communication In e-Comm I learned how big of a role communications has in life. Being apart of a team requires communication from each person for the maximum outcome. When I was apart of projects with a group that had bad communication, the final product was never as good. My Logo

My Logo Process Attached are all the art boards from my logo design project. The process of creating my own logo was a long one. I started out by sketching my ideas. I tried many different shapes and styles. Once I decided on my top 3 to bring to life, I went to Adobe Illustrator. I started with black and white, just to see if the shapes would compliment each other, or be appealing. I tried my simplest circle idea, and it went well. When I tried to do the more advanced ones with odd shapes, I didn't have enough Ai experience or knowledge to make one well. I tried to do them implying the rose, and using circles, but I did not like how it looked. Then, when I decided to just stick with the simplest option, it was time to add color. I began with trying analogous colors for contrast between the circle and the letters. I decided I liked the tone and simplicity of the blues.
